If you can codify your knowledge into a service, there is NO better way to turn your passion into perpetual piles of PROFIT. Period.

Why?

Because if I need help, and you have genuine expertise, and authority in a niche or marketplace, "YOU" have value in my life.

You can set your own prices (and believe me, people WILL pay them if you deliver what you do best).
You can work with who you want to... and equally as important, you can NOT work with whom you don't.

Remember... services, like the ones you can offer as a coach, consultant, teacher or trainer have a MUCH higher perceived value than eBooks, audio programs, membership sites, and other stuff that most "gurus" want you to believe you need.

For example - when I had a "real" business, I paid my accountant BIG bucks every time I needed to sit down with him for an hour or two and just get some of my questions answered. I didn't love it... but I did, because he helped my business save money.
